Application:
The Cupping Testing Machine (Erickson Tester) is precise technology testing machine which is used for sheet metal & strip steel rolled stock etc. It can complete test of plastic deformation for sheet metal & strip steel rolled stock. It conforms to ASTM E 643-78;
Features:
l Pre-loading test force: 10-25kN read & calibrate directly from meter.
l Testing load of cupping test can be displayed on LCD; the load value precision is Grade 1 class in the range of 600N to 60kN in real time.
l Resolution of load cell & electric signal is more than 1/100000, displacement is measured with raster & light resolution can be 1µm.
l Test speed from 2 mm/min to 20mm/min can be set freely with variable speed. Specifications of specimen can be input according to the real thickness. The system can be ready to for next test automatically.
l It can display test load of cupping test & cupping value.
