  HS-ZSE1000 Tearing Strength Tester is an indispensable instrument for paper tearing strength 

measurement. The tester is designed according to ISO 1974 (paper --tearing strength test method) 

and( GB455.1).   

  It is an ideal tester for manufacturer of corrugated fiberboard and carton, scientific research and 

quality-control department

1. Test range 

     A. Standard arm: （10～1000）mN，degree minimum: 10mN 

     B. Light arm: (10～500)mN, degree minimum: 5Mn 

     C. Heavy arm: (10～8000)mN, degree minimum: 100mN 

   We will prepare the standard arm, light arm or heavy arm according to you need. 

2. Veracity 

     A. Error: Maximum range20%～80% ±1%, out range±0.5%FS 

     B. Repeat error: Maximum range20%～80% ≤1%，out range≤0.5%FS 

3. Tearing arm: (104±1)mm 

4. Beginning angle for tearing: 27.5°±0.5° 

5. Tearing distance：(43±0.5)mm 

6. Specimen size：(25×15）mm 

7. Clamp distance：(2.8±0.3)mm 

8. Working condition 

     A. Temperature: 20±10℃ 

     B. Keep clean and no vibration 

     C. The instrument should be placed on the rigid bench and even horizontal bench.
